Staycation: Experiencing Paris

LA VIE: The world knows Paris is the “City of Light” and has a lot to offer. As an American Expat living in France for the over nine months, I feel there’s a lot to discover about France without giving into the “tourist mindset.” My French is still on the juvenile side (my lessons are helping), but my co-workers tell me to get away from the English-speaking French activities and I’ll enjoy France even more!

Here’s my plan - instead of going to a few provinces (I’ll enjoy these adventures in Winter), I decided to create an explorative staycation: visiting the city like I’m on vacation. It could be viewed as silly to most; but I don’t care! I’m going to have fun.
