Morning plate! Hodgepodge of sorts, but sometimes when you aren't craving a whole meal, eating something balanced still helps. Could have skipped the cheese... but, I love cheese 🧀
Trying to figure out what to eat for breakfast seems to be the hardest meal of the day for me. Choices can go sideways rather quickly! Sugar/salts/fats <— bad combination!
