Instant Pot Broccoli Cheese Soup

LA SOUPE: The 2020 Shelter-in Place or aka #quarantinelife has inspired many to cook amazing dishes. Instagram is filled with amazing recipes and pictures of what everyone and their mother (literally) are making to help time pass. Often, I want savory meals without the fuss… more importantly, I often want them quickly.

I encountered a recipe from SIX SISTERS’ STUFF on YouTube for Broccoli Cheese Soup. Using an instant pot, the video outlined how to make a delicious soup in under 15 min. I modified a few steps and ingredients. Listed below is my twist on a few recipes I analyzed on Instagram. I am giving credit to SIX SISTERS' STUFF because their recipe inspired me to curate my own.
